This has 2 interchangeable tips so that another person is able to use the oral irrigator can be used by someone else. My husband likes to use the pulse setting while doing the oral irrigation and I use the soft mode because it’s gentle on my gums. The irrigator is rechargeable and you fill water tank that is on the irrigator and your able to do your oral cleaning.
