My Feelings Box (Sample received for testing in exchange to my honest and unbiased opinion and this opinion is not compensated) I got this to review for my grandson he has ADHD and has a lot of trouble being able to tell others how he feels without getting into trouble. So he is using this at school with his teacher/ daycare worker/ home and the major difference in the change in how he reacts is 100% better than it was before. He is able to show how he feels in the My Feelings Box. There are a variety of words for him to pick from that he can apply them on the lid of the My Feelings Box. He can put on each side How he is feeling and the other side he can put How he wants to feel. This has to be the best thing my grandson really loves this and he can finally show how he feels.
