Our House Gluten Free Baking Mixes. (Sample received for testing in exchange to my honest and unbiased opinion and this opinion is not compensated) I have noticed for a while I seem to have issues with products that contain gluten. I received All Purpose Baking Mix & Bread Mix. I have used the all purpose baking mix to make gravy, homemade cake from scratch. I’m impressed with the nutritional ingredients.
I didn’t have to worry about having a gluten issue. The taste of the all-purpose baking mix doesn’t have a bad taste at all.
Then there was the other awesome bread mix and you don’t even have to have a bread machine to make this. I baked a small loaf of bread and we like our slices a little thicker so we got 14 slices out of our loaf. This bread has an awesome taste. I really like the nutritional ingredients in the bread mix also. The other thing I like is the boxes are so nicely detailed with gluten-free on them so you won’t miss and buy something that has gluten in it. I’m very happy with the products.
