This flashlight takes one 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery that is included, there is also an AAA battery holder that takes 3 AAA batteries, AC charger base, aluminum alloy is what the flashlight is made out of. You can adjust the flashlight into five light modes Three brightness levels, strobe, and an SOS function. Zoomable to use anywhere. My husband uses this in his 18wheeler.
