I started taking this on the weekend and I must say I didn’t get hungry I really didn’t have a bad taste in my mouth like most you take always seems to have a after taste but this one didn’t. I have only lost a pound but I am sure there is more to come in the future. I am going to continue taking this until the bottle is empty then I will post back on how much weight I have lost.
